The multidisciplinary educational resource “Student’s Consultant” is an electronic library system (ELS) that provides access via the Internet to educational literature and additional materials purchased on the basis of direct agreements with copyright holders. It fully complies with the requirements of the federal state educational standards of the third generation (FSES HE 3+) to the acquisition of libraries, including electronic libraries in terms of collections` formation of basic and supplementary literature for SPE, HE and postgraduate studies.

Terms of access: in order to read the editions it is necessary to register the user on the site of ELS “Student’s Consultant” from the library's computers. After registration, it is obligatory to open a page of any book and from that moment, the user has access from any computer, including home.
