You can read theses and abstracts in the Virtual Reading Room of the Russian State Library (access from the computers of the Scientific Library of Surgut State University).

Also access to the database of theses and abstracts is provided in the electronic reading room of the National Electronic Library (NEL) from the computers of reading rooms of the scientific library of Surgut State University.
