How is an article reviewed?
Articles submitted to the editorial office of a scientific journal must undergo a peer review procedure. The choice of the reviewer is made taking into account the subject of the research. The task of the reviewer is to give an opinion on the suitability of a scientific article for publication in a given scientific journal. Often the reviewer in his review makes critical comments on individual provisions of the article. This is natural and useful. A fresh look at the article and advice on its improvement never hurts, especially for novice authors. If the author does not agree with this or that remark of the reviewer, he has the right to enter into a reasoned polemic with the reviewer.
