The National Information and Analytical System on the platform of the Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY.RU) accumulates more than 12 million publications by Russian authors, as well as information on the citation of these publications from more than 6,000 Russian journals. The system is designed not only to provide scientific research with up-to-date reference and bibliographic information, but is also a powerful analytical tool that allows to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of research organisations, scientists, the level of scientific journals etc. To get access to the full texts of publications available on the eLIBRARY.RU platform, registration is required. Registered users are able to create personalised collections of journals and articles, save the history of search queries, adjust the navigator bar, and so on.
