Password recovery
In order to recover a forgotten password, it is necessary to personally contact the Registration Desk or send a letter by e-mail: libreg@surgu.ru.
In the letter you should specify the following information:
- library card number;
- full name.
The application will be processed within one business day. The new password will be sent in a reply letter.
