September 21 – the first entry in the inventory book: 929 copies of educational textbooks received as a gift from the scientific library of University of Tyumen.

1994

The library is 1 year old.

1997

Project “Development of Information Resource Centres in Tomsk and Surgut State Universities” (in association with the Scientific Library of Tomsk State University).

1999

Internship in the Netherlands of director V. N. Shevchenko within the project EU TEMPUS TACIS “European Experience for Siberian Libraries”.
